This book is the seventh in a series based on the Woody's Roundup gang (Woody, Jessie and the Prospector) from Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 2. In this book, when Jessie's Aunt Grace sends word that she is coming out from Snootyville, New York for a visit, the Prospector decides that Jessie needs to "fancy" up to impress her. Unfortunately for Jessie, curtsying and riding sidesaddle are just not something she knows a lot about...

This short book is printed on a heavy grade of paper and contains a copious amount of wonderful, pencil-drawn illustration; both of which conspire to give this book a 1950s feel! The story is quite sweet, and easy to read. Both my eight-year-old son and ten-year-old daughter read this book with me and enjoyed it. We highly recommend this book to you.

Big fan of Sandi's but this book is disappointing!.......2005-09-20

I am a big fan of Sandi Genovense's work. I have several of her books. I was excited to learn this book was coming out this year and looking forward to more great scrapbooking ideas, but the book was not what I expected. Most of her work were taken from her most recent books such as 'Sandi Genovese's Three-Dimensional Scrapbooks: Techniques for Building Texture and Style into Your Pages' and 'Designer Scrapbooks with Sandi Genovese'. There are a few new ideas but they do not seem to be her work. I may be wrong but Sandi Genovense's style is very distinctive and some of the new ideas just do not fit her style. To say the least I was a bit disappointed. In the future I will review the books before purchasing it so I don't have duplicates.

I read this story to my children ranging in age from 7 to 12. They thoroughly enjoyed the characters (especially their names - Me Too, etc.) as well the story itself. What a refreshing and comfortable story it was. I congratulate the author for his approach to storytelling, and my children are anxiously awaiting his next release!

I love this book but i can't seem to find time to read it. I really think it's a great book It's not something you could just go sit down and finish I really don't feel like typing stuff but i think It's ok. so, don't take my advice unless you think you'll be ubsessed with the series I honestly haven't read the whole thing but ok it looks wayy good but I don't know if i'LL love it! hERE'S SOME THINGS U SHOULD KNOW:

I have owned everyone of the Zootycoons and always had trouble with the challenging aspects of the game until I got this guide. It helps a lot with the planning of your zoo, the campign strategies and how to construct a good exhibit. It is very easy to understand and is very helpful if you are new to the zootycoon genre. The original edition, not the revised edition.......2006-12-05

The reason there are so few reviews for this book is that this is the orginal 1982 edition, not the now more common revised edition of 1989, which has a different subtitle: "The Long Reach of the Gene".

A Classic Biology Text.......2001-06-19

I assume that no one has entered reviews of this book because it is so well known among knowledgeable biologists. For new students not familiar with this book, it is fundamental to research that is now underway in genetics and in sociobiology. In order to establish a foundation for further study in this field, this book is an absolute necessity, along with _The Selfish Gene_ also by Dawkins and the entire body of his lifelong work. To call this work "monumental" is an understatement. It belongs in the same category as Darwin's work, because it is a natural extension of it.
