Huang contends that in a religiously plural society, people have mutually enriching, critical, and transformative ideas of religious goodness and political rightness. In Religious Goodness and Political Rightness, he searches for a universal political idea of the right that is held in a reflective equilibrium with plural religious ideas of the Good.
Yong Huang is Assistant Professor of Philosophy of Religion at Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. He is currently president of the Association of Chinese Philosophers in America.
